Respect is the guiding factor in all of the behaviour encouraged at camp. Every participant is to show respect to each other through acts of inclusion rather than exclusion. Acts of exclusion are not permitted at camp and any camper who engages in an act will be removed from the camp activities. Acts of exclusion may include but are not limited to: Gossip/Bullying; Intentionally leaving others out; Language that includes swearing or vulgarity; Fighting.
All fees associated with attending Mill Creek Baptist Camp shall be paid in full before Camp Activity boxes will be mailed out. Any compromises to this financial understanding will be sent in writing to the Camp Office and only take effect once confirmed by an office administrator. If a camper decides not to participate in the full week, Mill Creek Camp cannot give a refund because all the supplies for that camper have already been purchased.
Mill Creek Baptist Camp Ltd. conducts camps for children and adults on a yearly basis. We take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of each camper. Even with online camp activities there are certain risks involved and campers still require adult supervision. I give permission for my child (or myself if I am over 18) to participate in all activities and understand and accept these potential risks and as the undersigned, am bound hereby to release forever the Mill Creek Baptist Camp Ltd. and all individuals associated therewith, from any and all liability for injury or damage, which may be sustained by the undersigned and/or child of the undersigned or property of the same at or in transit to, at, or from any camp conducted activity or under auspices of Mill Creek Baptist Camp Ltd. In case of emergency, I give permission to Mill Creek Baptist Camp Ltd. to help secure proper treatment for my child or person named. IF THE PARTICIPANT IS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, in consideration of the participant being permitted to engage and take part in activities offered, carried on, sanctioned, or sponsored by Mill Creek Baptist Camp Ltd., the undersigned Parent or Guardian of the participant hereby releases Mill Creek Baptist Camp Ltd., its principals, officers, agents, officials, servants, organizers, and representatives from and against all claims, actions, accosts, expenses, and demands whatsoever in respect of death, howsoever caused, regardless of whether same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Mill Creek Baptist Camp Ltd, its principals, officers, agents, officials, servants, organizers, and representatives.
We will not be providing food, however, there will be supplies sent in the kits according to the activities chosen. Please record if there are allergies we should be aware of such as latex.
