What is camp like?

We have lots to do at camp including singing, dancing, hearing God’s Word in the morning and evening, and working together to keep our space clean.

In the mornings there is usually activity time where you can choose from things like Art, Science, Archery, Sports, Cooking, Drama and Paintball.

Beach Blast is an awesome time of hanging by the creek, playing beach volleyball, four square, bump, gaga ball, sandcastle building and so much more.

We’ve got time with our cabins, wide games and campfire!

Activities

Camp offers many forms of recreation- We have field games, drama games, a trampoline, outdoor skill building activities, frisbee golf, outdoor basketball court, ball hockey, wide games, arts and crafts, beach time and much much more!

What do I need to bring?

We have a great packing list page to inform you of what to bring and what to leave home.

Registration

Allergies

If you have any allergies (food, medication, etc) there will be spots on the registration form to tell us about it. We can adapt menu items for pretty much any allergy. *Please note that dietary requests that require special dishes to be made for your camper may be subject to an extra $50 fee to your camper’s week.  Making extra dishes requires a lot of extra time and special ingredients, which increases our camp costs.

Grades for Camp are as of September 2026. If you would like your camper to attend a camp they are a year too young/too old for, please contact us to inquire. We will discuss based on maturity, activities, leaders, etc. if it will work.

What is Skills Camp? Skills camps are focused on certain skills. When you sign up, you’ll select the skill you’re coming for. Three skills run simultaneously: Wilderness, Paintball, Art.

Wilderness will include a hiking overnight trip.

Paintball and Art will remain onsite and have their own activity areas during the morning and afternoon, while sharing meals, cabins, a beach break, and campfire time.

Trek Leadership Program

Trek Applications require registration by a guardian, the Treks to complete their own form, and a phone interview.

Money Stuff

How do we make payments and how much do we pay?

Payments can be made to [email protected]

A full week of camp costs $400. Shorter camps will cost less (about $50/day).

We do require a $100 deposit to confirm registration. However, payments in full are accepted and encouraged ahead of time. You can also add $30 for this year’s t-shirt or tuck money in your payment (we recommend $10-15 for tuck plus some more for merch if desired).

Adult & Family Camp: Pay as able means that you give what you can. Any amount given above the cost of running will be eligible for a tax receipt.

Please note: In an attempt to keep camp affordable for all, our camp fees are listed at 1/2 of the actual cost to run.

What’s your refund policy?

Mill Creek Baptist Camp will grant full refunds for campers on the following grounds: if the camper becomes sick before coming to camp and must cancel or if there are family emergencies before the camp begins that do not allow the camper to attend camp.

If a camper leaves part-way through the camp, Mill Creek Baptist Camp cannot give a refund because all the food and supplies for that camper have already been purchased.

If a camper decides not to come to camp for any reason other than sickness or family emergency and cancels before 1 weeks notice, a full refund will be given. However, if a camper decides not to come to camp for any reason other than sickness or family emergency and cancels within 1 weeks notice, the camp will refund 75% of the campers’ registration amount as well as 100% of the camp store money, t-shirt money, and paintball money.

Money is an issue. Do you have sponsorships?

We do! We understand that the cost of coming to camp can be a challenge. We want The Mill to be a place that everyone can experience and call home. Along with our attempts to keep costs low, we also have a “campership” fund established to assist with the cost of coming to camp for those who need it. This fund is built solely on the donations of our supporting members, wow! We are able to use this fund to assist with covering a part or the whole cost of a week at camp for a camper.

If you are interested in taking advantage of our campership opportunities please contact the camp office [email protected] before registering.
