- Assist the Executive Director in:
- Office administration tasks & rental management
- Supervision of staff
- Responding to needs of the camp and those involved
- visitations with supporting groups, and fundraisers
- Act as camper and parent liaison, working alongside the director to ensure quality camper care.
- Act as staff liaison, working alongside the director.
- Assist the director team in:
- overseeing staff and volunteers including training, mentorship, and regular check-ins
- planning and organizing camp programs
- running meetings and weekly training
- leading teaching sessions
- May assist in overseeing the running of the Trek leadership program or Program activities
- Provide leadership in absence of Executive Director.
Must be over 18, have or obtain Standard First Aid/Level C CPR. Preference given to those with a degree in a related field and/or with experience in leadership, customer service or other related volunteer/job experience. Dates: May 18-August 22. $17/hour
Beneficial skills/assets: driver’s license, musical ability, drama, lifeguard certification, camp activity skills (archery/sports/art, etc.)
